ENERGYFY TECHNOLOGY EXPO ("we", "us") collects the information you submit through this website's forms — including exhibitor, sponsorship, and speaker enquiries, prospectus requests, visitor interest registrations, and newsletter sign-ups — to respond to your enquiry and, where you've agreed, to send you updates about the event.

What we collect

Name, email address, phone number, company, and any message content you provide via a form. Speaker applications may additionally include a headshot photo. We also use Google Analytics (GA4), when enabled, to understand aggregate site usage.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, evaluate applications, fulfil prospectus requests, and — if you opt in — send event updates. We do not sell your data.

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us via the Contact page.
